Custom T Nails observes all safety guidelines for COVID-19 Safety. It is very important to us that we keep our employees and guests safe! All new guest will be required to submit a negative Covid test* prior to your appointment. Please use the free link provided to get your latest test results: Cureative Inc.

A: The vaccine is not a preventive and we love to stay above the curve.

Q: Is my Nail Artist tested?
A: Temeka Is a medical professional and fully vaccinated. She gets tested once a week. Results available upon request.

If you are receiving service for the first time or returning with Custom T, we kindly ask that you remove any service you have on your nails prior to your appointment. The care and health of your natural nails is our top priority, and access the current state of your nails is necessary. If you are unable to remove your nails, please consult with us prior to booking.
*Please note: Custom T does not remove other salons acrylic services.

ADD ON SERVICES AND CUSTOM NAIL DESIGNS:

- ALL custom nail designs must be consulted and approved by artist.
- Freestyle Design- you are leaving full control to the artist color design etc.
- Inspo pictures are OK, however, we do not duplicate others work. We value each guests' style and will create a custom masterpiece for your fingertips.
- Pricing quotes can be given once art has been determined.

Unfortunately, we do not rebook no-show appointments
Due to Covid restrictions one guest per appointment. No additional guest please.
At Custom T, we value your time and experience. Every minute of your appointment is maximized to complete your look! We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all guests through Vagaro, and advise that you reschedule if you feel you will be more than 15 minutes late, or unable to make your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you must reschedule your appointment and you will be required to pay an additional $50 deposit.

Deposits -A $50 deposit will be required for all new/non-standing guest. Deposits are nonrefundable/non-transferable and are credited toward your services. We except cash, Zelle, credit/debit cards. Jessica, my assistant, will send all information for completing your deposit.
NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount, minus the deposit. Please book carefully.
Guest can cancel in Vagaro, 48 hours prior, without a fee.
