First-time or returning guests: Please arrive with bare nails. Removal of previous product is required prior to your appointment so we can properly assess the health of your natural nails. If removal is needed, please consult with us before booking.
We observe a 48-hour cancellation policy through Vagaro. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled and a $50 rebooking deposit will be required.

All consultations are virtual unless otherwise arranged. Booking confirmation includes your personalized meeting link.
All new and non-standing guests are required to pay a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit, credited toward your service. (Exceptions made for emergencies.)
We accept Zelle, Venmo, cash, or credit/debit cards. My assistant Jessica will provide all deposit instructions upon booking.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service total, minus any deposit paid. We also do not rebook No-Shows. Please book carefully.
CustomT Nails follows all health and safety protocols. If you are feeling unwell or anyone in your household is sick, please reschedule. Masks may be required during your appointment for the safety of our guests and staff.
