If this is your first time or you’re returning to Custom T, we kindly ask that you remove any existing nail service before your appointment. Ensuring the health and care of your natural nails is our top priority, and we need to assess their current condition. If you’re unable to remove them yourself, please reach out to us before booking.

*Please note: CustomTNails does not remove other salons acrylic services.

ADD ON SERVICES AND CUSTOM NAIL DESIGNS:

  • ALL custom nail designs must be consulted and approved by artist.
  • Freestyle Design- you are leaving full control to the artist color design etc
  • inspiration pictures are welcome, However we don’t replicate others’ work. We honor each guest’s unique style and will craft a one-of-a-kind masterpiece just for you.Pricing quotes can be given once art has been determined

Guest can cancel in Vagaro, 48 hours prior, without a fee.

Unfortunately, we do not rebook no show appointments

At CustomTNails, we value both your time and your experience. We make sure every minute of your appointment is focused on perfecting your look! We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all bookings made through Vagaro. If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late or are unable to make your appointment, we recommend rescheduling. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a $75 deposit will be required to secure your new booking.

Deposits -A $75 deposit will be required for all new/non-standing guest. Deposits are nonrefundable, however, transferable with 48 hour notice. Deposits are credited toward your services. We except cash, Zelle, Venmo. Jessica, my assistant, will send all information for completing your deposit.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount, minus the deposit. Please ensure you book carefully.
